Cory Pelarski is an emergency management and security director with experience in crisis planning, threat assessment, and security operations. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and a U.S. Naval Officer, he brings both military and civilian expertise to complex risk and preparedness challenges.

Cory currently serves as Director of Emergency Management for a Level One Trauma Center, where he leads enterprise preparedness and response strategies that strengthen resilience and protect continuity of care. He holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Resilience and is a Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP).

Shawn Boucher is an emergency management professional specializing in healthcare preparedness, continuity planning, and critical infrastructure resilience. He previously served in a state Homeland Security department conducting security and resiliency assessments across multiple infrastructure sectors.

Shawn develops and manages comprehensive emergency management, continuity, and security programs that integrate risk assessments, cross-department coordination, and scenario-based training to strengthen organizational preparedness and operational resilience.
